Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes! Most of our pieces are made-to-order and can be personalized with a name or design. Simply enter your customization details at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our pieces go into production quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your customization details before completing your purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, please allow 3–5 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a personalized item?

Due to the custom nature of our personalized pieces, all sales on personalized items are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on engraved or customized items.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jegnit27@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

How do I start a return on a non-personalized item?

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us at jegnit27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing.

Please note: While our jewelry is tarnish-resistant, no jewelry is completely tarnish-proof. Proper care will help extend its lifespan and preserve its finish.
