We want you to love your Jegnit jewelry. Because our pieces are made-to-order and personalized, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of our personalized necklaces, all sales on personalized items are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been engraved or customized with a name or design.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopjegnit.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Production & Shipping Times
Please note that our personalized pieces have a production time of 3–5 weeks. We are unable to cancel orders once production has begun.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return on eligible items, please email us at support@shopjegnit.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
