All Jegnit pieces are custom made to order, which means each item is crafted specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final  we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
